Job Summary/Description:

This position will excel at content creation across multiple WBTV platforms, while leading a skilled team of producers that collaborate in a creative space, ensuring the execution of WBTV's strong ''On Your Side'' brand. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to, the driving of daily and monthly metric goals that ensure consistent and steady growth across on-air newscasts. This is also a job that will foster a spirit of collaboration and team success!

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Three years minimum experience in a television newsroom.
- Strong writing and the ability to tell engaging stories through visual mediums are essential.
- A college degree is preferred, but not required.
