Job Summary/Description:

WBNG-TV, the CBS affiliate in Binghamton, NY, has an exciting opportunity to work behind the scenes in the television industry as a Master Control Operator. The salary for this position is $15.50/hr.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring multiple TV stations and preparing and maintaining the quality of the on-air content using the latest technology in Master Control automation. Duties include switching commercials, airing station breaks, recording daily syndicated feeds, and inputting material into video servers.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- This position is part-time on weekends and requires attention to detail, as well as the ability to make fast, accurate judgments, multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment, and problem-solving.
- Previous experience with production or Master Control switchers, or college production courses preferred.
