Job Title: Vice President, Global Head of Facilities Management

Your role:
You will be a vertical lead within the Workplace Experience team, designed to imagine, create, and maintain innovative workplace facilities to accommodate the needs of our constantly evolving business. The Vice President, Global Head of Facilities Management will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and direction in the centralization and management of all Facilities-related activities across our global footprint. This role requires a seasoned professional with a consistent track record in Facilities Management, Project Management, and operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead a team with varied strengths of Facilities professionals to ensure the highest standards of safety, sustainability, and efficiency in all our facilities.
Here you'll get to:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive Global Facilities Management strategy to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and align with business objectives
• Lead the development and implementation of a centralized facilities management model, including technology and systems.
• Find opportunities for consolidation and standardization of facilities services and processes.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of Facilities Managers and support staff located across multiple regions including the Americas, EMEA and APAC
• Establish and maintain standard processes, policies, and procedures for facility operations and maintenance. Responsible for creating the roadmap and driving progress towards increased automation / smart building integration within the global portfolio
• Supervise the budgeting, forecasting, and financial management of all Facilities-related expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to budgetary constraints; Serve as subject matter authority (SME) for global CapEx submissions within the Facilities scope. Expand scope to be responsible for the centralization of budgeting, forecasting and financial management for chief global facilities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Real Estate, Security, Projects, Hospitality, People Team, ESG, Procurement, Studio Operations and Global Technology to support the company's overall business objectives
• Assess and present reason for outsourcing facilities functions in international markets where applicable
• Serve as Facilities SME on project delivery engagements as required
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize facility performance, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce environmental impact
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure quality service delivery and cost competitiveness
• Monitor and ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards governing facility operations and safety
• Implement and maintain robust systems and technologies for facility management, including IWMS
• Provide regular reporting and updates to senior leadership on key performance metrics, projects, and initiatives within the Facilities Management function
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies (most notably the integration of AI), and standard methodologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement
About you:
• 15+ years in Facilities Management, 10+ years in senior leadership, leading global operations, budgets, teams
• Strong understanding of building systems (including the move towards BAS / smart building systems), construction practices, sustainability principles, and regulatory requirements
• Excellent leadership, communication, and social skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Shown ability to inspire change, implement process improvements, and cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous learning
• Strong competence of Google platform, IWMS systems, utility management systems, and Monday.com
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
