Job Title: Security Manager, Global Security Programs

A little bit about our team:

You will be reporting to the Global Head of Security and working with team members throughout the company. Our team is designed to imagine, create, and maintain innovative and safe workplaces to accommodate the needs of our dynamic business and global footprint.

Your role:

You will work closely with various components of the Workplace Experience Team, including Facilities, Real Estate, Project Delivery, Hospitality, and others throughout our global footprint. You will have the opportunity to support, lead, develop, and implement standards and solutions for the physical security programs to include building security operations and technologies, live events security, investigations, threat management, and security risk mitigation.

Here you'll get to:
• Day-to-day management and/or oversight of security operations and contract team members throughout the portfolio.
• Develop and maintain local security response plans.
• Assist security and facilities team with crisis management efforts, including crisis management planning and response.
• Assist in the development, implementation, improvement, and management of physical security policies, standards, and procedures.
• Perform threat and risk assessments of facilities, events, security technologies, and methods/techniques.
• Work with various internal and external components of real estate project delivery including architects, designers, project managers, contractors, security integrators, and technologies team during relocations and renovations.
• Mitigate security findings using appropriate strategic and tactical solutions.
• Maintain relationships with necessary government agencies to include federal, state, local, and international law enforcement and other public agencies/entities, industry peers, and security service vendors.
• Support and assist the investigation and intelligence program as needed.
• Support executive and employee protection functions and assist with necessary personnel threat mitigation.
• Work with Security leadership and serve in an advisory role for senior leaders on relevant issues.
• Work with business leaders to understand and service security-related issues and functions.
• Work closely with key company partners including WMG's various business units, Human Resources, Legal, Communications, Workplace Experience, Global Technology, and property management team.
• Assist in security RFP, negotiation, selection, and placement of qualified security-related contractors.
• Ensure quality control mechanisms are in place for security contract compliance.
• Participate in security planning and providing appropriate coverage for important company and employee functions.

About you:
• Bachelor's degree in business, criminal justice, public safety, facilities management, or related discipline
• 10+ years of strong corporate security experience of increasing responsibility, including Program Management experience or law enforcement equivalent.
• Authorized for concealed carry in Tennesse under LEOSA/HR-218 or CC Permit.
• Understanding of physical security principles, investigative methodologies, and crisis management.
• Strong understanding of security equipment and softwares as they relates to access control, cameras, and intrusion detection systems a must.
• Security risk assessment experience.
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Well organized and detail oriented with an ability to multi-task.
• High ethical standards necessary.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Possess sound judgment, discretion, and ability to balance contending interests.
• Able to stay on your feet for an extended period.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule as needed.
