Job Title: Business Intelligence Senior Manager

A little bit about our team:

The Warner Chappell Global Strategic Integration and Operations (SI&O) team is a small but mighty team focused on delivering and implementing business objectives. Working closely with our global leaders, we are responsible for driving and embedding our global business strategy. Technology is a very important part of our strategy, developing systems and products to amplify our business. The team is looking for a Business Intelligence Senior Manager to work alongside the wider team, partnering across all of WCM's divisions, as well as our Global Product and Tech teams.

Your role:

Supporting the Director, Product Owner - Data & Business Intelligence, you will work in a future-focused, fast-paced and dynamic environment, integral to the development, delivery, and enhancement of bespoke analytical and visual projects across various business areas globally. Working with the wider team, you will collaborate with key stakeholders across multiple departments to deliver on in-flight and future requirements for the Warner Chappell business. This role will also have one internal report and two temporary reports and will be responsible for overseeing those team members.

This role will expand your music industry knowledge, giving you a thorough understanding of all its processes and nuances, and provide you the opportunity to grow your technical skill set.

Here you'll get to:
• Become the analytical partner for key stakeholders across multiple departments, while also working across the wider team to ensure all WCM business units are supported.
• Deliver bespoke analysis, data delivery, and visualizations in line with the needs of each department from top level through to granular analysis.
• Create processes and final data product deliveries, including dashboards, data packs, etc. in line with the expectation of each department.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and teams across WMG to ensure current and future analysis needs are captured and any risks or deficiencies are escalated.
• Lead , write, and create data queries and workflows to deliver that can be shared across the team and directly with departments.
• Engage and understand the best way to provide the data needed for the stakeholders and end users.
• Be responsible for ensuring the integrity of the data of existing and newly created data products.
• Contribute ideas for how to innovate, improve and create more efficient ways of delivering the analysis.

We'd love it if you also had:
• Fast learner with a passion for data and analytics.
• Experience using SQL
• Experience using Tableau or other visualization platforms
• Familiarity or operational experience with YouTube from an analytical or claiming perspective, including knowledge of the Encore process
• Familiarity with automating processes
• Motivated by problem solving and proactively finds and creates solutions.
• Proven experience working with large data sets in a reporting and analytical capacity – manipulating, developing and testing new ways of delivering data products.
• Adept at running data queries and workflows, report writing and communicating findings.
• Proactive and results-oriented
• Experience of working in a fast-paced working environment.
• An understanding of music publishing and how it fits into the overall music value chain.
• Experience with data wrangling software (e.g. Alteryx, Data Brew or similar).
• A growth mindset, interested in building upon and expanding your current skill set.
• Experience using Python

Salary Range
Salary range: $95,000-105,000/year

Salary ranges are included for job postings where required by law. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as work experience and business needs. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
