Job Title: GBS Business Performance Analyst

Your role:

The Business Performance Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the Global Business Services organization by providing insightful analysis, reporting, and decision support. This role focuses on the development, maintenance, and analysis of key performance metrics and Service Level Agreements (SLAs), as well as contributing to the ongoing evolution of the service catalog. The Analyst will work closely with GBS and Regional Service Center leadership and provide reporting and insights to executive leadership.

Here you'll get to:
• Develop, implement, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track the performance of Shared Services.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) that align with business objectives.
• Analyze performance data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and potential risks.
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards on performance against SLAs and KPIs.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of the Service Catalog, ensuring it accurately reflects the services offered.
• Collaborate with service owners to update and improve service descriptions, pricing, and other relevant information.
• Analyze service usage data to identify trends and advise service catalog optimization.
• Provide analytical support to Service Center Leadership, including ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
• Develop business cases and recommendations for process improvements and service enhancements.
• Support planning efforts by offering data-driven insights.
• Prepare and present performance reports and presentations to executive leadership, highlighting key trends and insights.
• Communicate complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Proactively identify and communicate potential issues and risks.

About you:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Management, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in a business analyst role, preferably within a shared services environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau).
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization.
• Knowledge of service catalog management principles is a plus.

• Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification
• SAP S/4Hana knowledge
• Music industry background
• Bilingual
• Experience working directly with or within a Shared Services organization
