The Job

The purpose of the role is to support the stockroom activities onsite at Warner Bros Studio Tour ensuring that the retail stores are efficiently supplied stock to maximise sales potential and minimise stock loss.

The Daily
• Assist retail team in preparing and maintaining the way we present goods to our visitors.
• Checking that products are correctly labelled and priced
• Communicate stock level concerns to colleagues and retail management team.
• Distribute merchandise to retail areas around the attraction in an efficient and timely fashion
• Receive, check, and accept deliveries.
• Maintain relevant paperwork, storage records and standards for accurate accounting of incoming deliveries.
• Support and assist on all stock counts, cycle counts and write offs.
• Perform housekeeping duties daily ensuring strict standards are maintained and ensure that stock is replenished and visually merchandised in accordance with company guidelines.
• Always wear two-part PPE whilst working in the stockroom area.

The Essentials
• Stores or warehouse role in a retail environment.
• Experience of using stockroom machinery advantageous.
• Forklift and V&A machine training not required.
• Effective, confident communication with visitors and colleagues.
• Works as part of a team with a flexible approach.
• PC skills.
• Able to work flexible shifts which vary Monday - Sunday between 7:00 and 24:00.

Working Pattern
• We currently have 32 hours vacancies available.
• Because of the adaptive nature of this role flexibility is required to suit the needs of the business.
• Participate in cover of the Studios Tour as necessary including weekend, bank holiday, school holiday and late evening cover in rotation with other team members.
