SENIOR PRODUCTION MANAGER – CARTOONITO

Position Description:
This position will work in WarnerMedia Kids and Family supporting Cartoonito initiatives for the Creative Group. A love of preschool branding and content is a plus as we're bringing Cartoonito to audiences on CN, HBO Max and all around the world! The Senior Production Manager must possess the ability to identify the ask from each business unit and assess the best production path to accomplish the request. The role needs to be someone who can ask the right questions at the beginning of the project, eliminating confusion and streamlining efficiencies as production gets underway. The Senior Production Manager works on teams with the Writer, Creative Director and Art Director on both overall branding and IP specific projects assigned to the team. The Sr. Production Manager's role is to oversee communication of other departments needs and requirements, budget and any other special needs to the Creative Team. A knowledge of shoot production and industry vendors is necessary. Clear communication on a daily basis with internal team as well as external partners is crucial.

Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or equivalent experience working in the fields of On-Air, Print and/or Digital media

Must be familiar with obtaining Legal clearances for stills/footage as well as SAG/AFTRA payment guidelines for promotion

Excellent communication and mediation skills

Ability to establish priorities and problem solve in a dynamic production environment

Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail

Must be able to handle multiple requests at any given time and feel comfortable working independently or within a team

Experience working in media and production fields for a major broadcast / cable TV Network, advertising agency or streaming service.
