• Maintain the business relationship with vendor success managers, working to ensure WarnerMedia customization and standards are met.
• Work with vendor partners to ensure they're in compliance with ever-evolving Warner and industry security and data provisions.
• Act as subject matter expert on these tools, helping facilitate brand on-boarding, enablement, activation, and continuous training of end users to encourage optimal tool usage.

WHO YOU ARE (AT YOUR CORE)

You identify most with the heroes of the WarnerMedia world, but you're cool being the behind-the-scenes, unsung hero, too – anything for the greater good. You're on the edge of your seat about what's going on in the media industry, doing mental calculations about who will come out where in this arm's race of a lifetime. You like to get your hands dirty, being a practitioner at heart, and are able to put on different hats to successfully manage projects of different focuses, scopes, and priority-levels. You were one of those kids who was always coming up with the next big idea, like the next big thing in lemonade stands, and that spirit has never left you. You think Socrates was right when he said, ''Know Thyself,'' fully owning who you are, what you value, what you bring to the table, and what motivates you to do your very best. You roll with the punches, undaunted by ambiguity, viewing challenges as opportunities. And, most importantly, you take on everything in stride, with a smile on your face and a spring in your step. TL;DR version? You're a self-starter, with an entrepreneurial spirit - excited by the thought of helping pioneer the future of social at WarnerMedia alongside a handful of equally scrappy individuals who suit up daily.

WHAT WE REQUIRE (FOR THIS ROLE)
• Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or entertainment-focus
• 2-4 years of demonstrated success in an analytics role, preferably on a social media team at a media company or agency. Strong internships will be considered.
• Strong technical understanding of organic/earned/paid across the major social media platforms and their best practices, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Strongly proficient in social analytic and listening tools, like Sprinklr or Netbase
• Must be strong at Excel, if not more advanced forms of visualization such as Tableau
• Strong prioritization and operations skills, able to wear many hats and switch those hats agilely based on shifting priorities
• Motivated by service-oriented environment
• Can-do attitude, creative problem solver, proactive initiative taker
• Highly professional, able to interface appropriately with internal partners of all levels and disciplines
• Experience in a Center of Excellence (COE) -OR- corporate environment supporting multiple brands is a plus.
