Job Description

With this in mind, we are seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Data and Analytics Platforms to ensure our data is ready to deliver on our business outcomes by ensuring the efficient collection, storage, and processing of data. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the strategy and management of data infrastructure and analytics tools within the organization to ensure that data effectively enables the process transformations, improves efficiency, and provides revenue maximization opportunities through cutting edge analytics, AI and insights (including gen AI) capabilities for the organization.

This role involves implementation and maintaining data and AI governance policies, establishment of architecture, data quality processes while ensuring implementation of data security protocols in the platform. You will have the opportunity to be at the helm of cutting-edge technology initiatives in our industry, steering the company through transformative changes with data, technology, AI and automation. This position is pivotal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about leveraging technology to drive substantial business improvements and innovations.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute a strategic vision for enterprise data and analytics platforms that aligns with the company's business goals
• Identify and drive initiatives to leverage data and analytics for business growth, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage and serve as the single source of truth
• Design and implement scalable data architectures that support complex analytics and business intelligence requirements
• Support the implementation of AI-powered data and analytics solutions through cutting edge tool stack availability and data democratization to enable advanced insights
• Enforce data governance, privacy, security, architecture frameworks to ensure data quality, security, and compliance
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to understand short- and long-term business plans and translate them into effective platform architecture and solutions
• Manage a team of data engineers, data architects and platform owners, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive high performance
• Optimize platform operations, build new monetization capabilities, and maximize performance across the data and analytics organization
• Engage with technical and non-technical partners to communicate platform capabilities and drive adoption
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance the organization's data and analytics capabilities

Your Experience
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Extensive executive leadership experience in data management, analytics or platform leadership related fields within a large and complex organization
• Considerable experience with data platforms, cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and big data technologies
• Proficiency in data warehousing, ETL processes, data integration, and analytics tools
• Exceptional strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing high-performing teams across multiple locations and disciplines
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across all levels of an organization
• Experience in transforming traditional business operations through data services and automation
• Recognized thought leader in the field of data management, with contributions to industry discussions, publications, or conferences
