The Job
The Longform Content Servicing Supervisor has in charge the team that set processes and manage all deadlines for processing content from the reception of masters to the versioning readiness.

The Daily – Major Activities
• Provide results that are both cost efficient and reliable. In order to achieve this, the incumbent has to periodically re-evaluate amount of coordinators per task, and suggest changing processes, have reliable metrics in order to asses efficiency and reliability clearly and lead the coordinator through all these continuous changes in a firm and empathic way. 25%
• Manage the team that set workflow and process required for a given material across different areas. From content received up to media preparation finished based on parameters already given by the strategy teams.10%
• Manage the team that creates and manage work orders across systems for all operations areas, setting timelines for media preparation (QC, Edition, Dubbing, etc)10%
• Oversees the team that keeps track of content assigned (rejections, replacements, missing content) 15%
• Works closely to Programming and Strategy teams in order to archive the business strategy plan, giving proper feedback about operation processes. 25%
• Ensures Content servicing coordinators fills properly all data entry of technical and operative information across media assets management systems. Creates and follows reports in order to guarantee the proper airing of content. 15%

The Essentials
• Experience in negotiation and tracking.
• Degree or equivalent experience in - Television Studio Operation or Television Studio Production and Direction College Degree, Audio Visual Design College or Bachelor's Degree, Graphic Design College or Bachelor's Degree, Engineering Bachelor's Degree
• Fluent in English speaking, writing, reading. Advanced level or higher

The Nice to Haves
• Experience in Working in a multinational corporation
• Experience in Media operations for at least 3 years
• Experience in other roles in broadcast (playout, transmission, graphics, postproduction, content management)
• Experience in other roles such as Programming or roles that implies working with vendors/ distributors.
