This Portfolio Manager will help manage technology implementations for our business partners including Consumer Products, Franchise Development & WB Games. This role will have a change management and will coach team members through change management process that lead to high user adoption.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Serve as Technology & Operations (T&O) strategic partner with Consumer Product, DC Comics and WB Games to support their various business capabilities and technology implementations managing the strategy for applications as grouped by business capability with a focus on Change Management.

Business Technology Partnership: Serve as Technology & Operations (T&O) strategic partner with the business to support key business capabilities and technology implementations. This role will partner with key business stakeholders and T&O management to prioritize technology projects based on quantifiable benefits such as cost savings, operational efficiencies, revenue uplift opportunities and technical debt reduction. They will build application roadmaps that align with strategic priorities. This position will share technology risks and opportunities to build competitive advantage with the goal of improving operational efficiencies. 50%

Change Management / User Training: This role will work with our T&O Product Managers to develop and deliver change management assessments such as stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments as well as other change management deliverables. They will drive development of data-driven change strategies. Work closely with the T&O Leadership, Product Managers and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to develop and drive consistent change communications. This role will also work with Product Mangers to assess user adoption post go live and work through support efforts that will increase adoption as necessary. This role will work closely with the Portfolio Training Lead to insure training plans are developed and implemented for all technical releases. 50%

Qualifications & Experiences...
• 7+ years of Business Technology Partnership experience
• 6+ years of Change Manager experience
• Demonstrated experience in partnering to solve business problems through technology implementations.
• Relevant and practical experience in delivering multiple technology projects.
• Knowledge and understanding of project management principles, methodologies, and practices.
• Expertise in developing technical options and analysis.
• Ability to build strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders by explaining complex technology topics in a manner that relates to business stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to influence, persuade and motivate others.
• Highly developed organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences at varying levels within the organization.
• Experience developing a strategic technology roadmap that aligns with the business strategy.
• In-depth knowledge of change management principles.
• Proven experience working the Technical Project Managers and Product Manger to develop and implement following tech strategy deliverables:
• Product Visions
• Technology roadmaps aligning with business strategy.
• Business Case Assessments & Capital Asset Planning
• Project performance metrics
• Proven experience developing and implementing standardize methods the following change management deliverables:
• Stakeholder Analysis
• Internal & External Communications/Outreach Plans
• Testing & Training Plan
• User Adoption Metrics Tracker and intervention plan to increase adoption as necessary.

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field

Not Required but preferred experience:
• Change Management Specialist certification
• Media & Entertainment experience
• Consumer Product & Publishing Manufacturing experience

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $126,350.00 - $234,650.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
