The Job
This position is responsible for disseminating revenue goals within the sales team and monitoring the sales incentive plan's practices and policies. It involves ensuring compliance with the annual sales target schedule, resolving discrepancies, and managing bonus payments. Additionally, the role oversees client allocation and account migration to optimize revenue management.

The Daily – Major Activities
• Sales Target and Incentive Plan: Disseminate revenue goals within the sales force and serve as a link to control and monitor the practices and policies of the sales incentive plan. Maintain smooth communication and ensure understanding of sales achievements among the areas of: head of sales, managers, account executives, Compensation and Benefits (C&B), finance and accounting, revenue operations, and strategic planning.
• Calendars and Deadlines: Ensure compliance with the annual sales target schedule, sales portfolio allocation, resolution of discrepancies, closing of goal results calculations, and management of data for bonus payment closure.
• Client Portfolio: Ensure transparency and management of the practices and policies for client allocation to each Account Executive (AE), market, and agency. Manage the migration of accounts from origin to destination, validate impact and performance before, during, and after migration (account transfers). Optimize management to avoid revenue reduction.
• Ad Agency Incentives: Designs policies and process for ad agency incentives Lat Am

The Essentials
• Bachelor's Degree: Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Courses in Sales Management, Negotiation Strategies, and Marketing Analytics can be particularly helpful.
• +5 years of experience.

• Adapting strategies based on market dynamics and client needs.
• Analytical Skills: Understanding data related to sales performance, revenue, and client portfolios.
• Identifying growth opportunities and long-term planning.
