WBD is looking for a detail-oriented, data driven individual who thrives in a fast paced, agile environment to join the Media Strategy M arketing team. Th is role is essential in supporting t he execution
of fu ll f unnel paid media campaigns across company lines of business and third-party partners .
The Job
Act as a strategic l ink between internal stakeholders, third-party partners and agencies , for planning, managing , executing and reporting full funnel and acquisition campaigns in all media touchpoints, including purchase authorizations, tracking reports, media buy changes, creative specifications, etc.
The Daily
• Plan ning and e xecut ing marketing campaigns , also in partnership with local and affiliate partners , and influencers.
• Coordinat ing with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
• Manag ing the end-to-end process of campaign execution, including planning, creative development, launch, and post-campaign analysis.
• Provid ing
optimization and recommendations throughout the campaign.
• Recruit ing , onboard ing , and nurtur ing relationships with media partners and affiliate partners.
• Creat ing and manag ing media strategies and partner marketing programs, including setting commission model and promotional strategies.
• Provid ing continuous support and resources to partners to maximize their performance and contribution to business growth.
• Tracking , analyz ing and report ing campaign s performance for all platforms , using different analytics tools.
• Support ing and suggesting A/B testing to drive incremental improvements across all KPIs .
• Support ing all execution aspects of the campaign management processes – campaign strategy; tagging recommendations; console s set ting up; delivery management (pacing, budget, spend); analysis and reporting.
• Ensur ing proper pacing and execution of campaigns , work ing with Creative Services and Marketing local teams to request , test, and
optimize current assets based on media insights.
• Reporting for post-campaign presentations and provid ing insights to internal teams .
The Essential s
• Bachelor's Degree is required .
• 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and paid media marketing , including partnership development and affiliate partners, ideally within an entertainment or DTC company or agency .
• Strong understanding of paid media touchpoints management and success metrics, from traditional media like OOH and TV , to search, social, display, video, mobile, affiliates and CTV.
• Understanding and proven experience of analytics, brand safety and data tools/interfaces (IAS, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer , Looker, Datorama) .
• Proven experience using any of the following advertising management tools such as: Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, Ibope, Comscore , etc.
• Experience in planning and executing paid media campaigns and tracking results.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform actionable insights of growth marketing campaigns .
• Exceptional speaking and writ ing communication skills .
• Fluent English .
• Strong presentation and project management skills .
• Hands-on experience with developing and reporting metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and campaign management .
