Job Description
The Role

This role will focus on driving business goals for Warner Bros. Discovery's Streaming Services and US Networks. The CTV Specialist will help execute paid CTV campaigns across digital buying platforms such as Amazon, Roku, Vizio, Samsung, LG, PlayStation, Xbox, and other OTT/CTV partners.

Specific Responsibilities
• Develop and execute global campaigns with a variety of goals (subscriber acquisition, installs, tune-ins, etc.).
• Lead CTV planning and media-buying across certain territories and/or brands, ensuring both functions are optimized to achieve high levels of growth with an ROI-focus
• Keep abreast of market trends and developments, also liaising with partners - identifying new betas and tech to drive our CTV offering forward
• Work with Acquisition Strategy team to gain an understanding of campaign specific goals, build targeting, and executional recommendations.
• Develop and manage CTV strategists and managers to ensure best practices are followed and there is flawless execution on campaigns.
• Optimize campaigns with the goal of generating efficient conversions (cost per acquisition)
• Manage conversion tracking and ensure all campaigns are properly tracking conversion.
• Develop plans and actively apply learnings to create best-in-class executions.
• Serve as the CTV expert, platform partner, and trend-spotter.
• Maintain and develop strong professional relationships internally (cross departments) and externally (media vendors).

Requirements
• 3+ years of hands-on paid media experience, with at least 2 years within CTV, media agency experience strongly preferred.
• Deep understanding of Connected TV and OTT, with experience using self-service media buying tools (e.g. Amazon DSP)
• Experience with Direct Response campaigns is required with experience with attribution and conversion tracking.
• Experience with app campaigns, Mobile Marketing Attribution (such as AppsFlyer/Kochava)
• A problem solver at heart, interested in working in a fast-paced environment
• with excellent troubleshooting and QA skills - strong attention to detail essential
• Proven project management, self-organization and prioritization skills - ability to multi-task with effective resolution management in a fast-paced, growing environment
• Self-starter, highly motivated, positive demeanor, excellent communicator, and able to juggle multiple assignments simultaneously.
• Analytical with a comfort in dealing with numbers and reporting
• Reasonable availability to respond to requests and attend the real-time needs of campaigns outside normal business hours.
• Willingness and flexibility to ''pitch in'' with various ad-hoc projects to help support the larger Media Strategy & Analytics team. Including cross-functional support to other bid-based buyers (social, search and programmatic).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office systems, specifically in Excel.
• Clear communicator who can translate strategy into action.
• Must have the legal right to work in the country you are applying for.
