Your New Role

Key owner of and operational lead on Max' publishing and scheduling across social brand handles in EMEA. Building, owning, and improving relationship and engagement model with scheduling agency for maximum efficiency and quality.

Key owner of and operational lead on Max' post plan and schedule across social brand handles in: Romania, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Adria Region, Bulgaria, France, Hungary, and other EMEA markets. Working with local teams and agencies for localization, tailor local handle post plans within pan-EMEA strategy, with localized versions of pan-EMEA tentpole campaigns. Collaborating with local teams on priorities and adjusting to performance.
Owner of Romania OR Hungary localization of social assets and post-copy. Collaborating with local team on priorities and content creators on key campaigns. Adjusting pan-EMEA campaigns to fit Romanian and Hungarian handles strategy and performance.

Builder, owner of and operational lead on Max' new social channels and communities in future emerging markets incl. Greece, Malta, Baltics and more. Own and execute on post plan (local and pan-regional) working with local agencies on localization. Publishing and scheduling content in collaboration with publishing agency.
Owner of and operational lead on post campaign tagging across all EMEA social handles.

Your Role Accountabilities

Specific areas of responsibility for this role include:
• Owning and executing post plan, publishing and scheduling on social handles in: Romania, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Adria Region, Bulgaria, and France
• Direct localization of assets in Romania OR Hungary
• Owner of localization process with local partners in: Czech Republic, Slovakia, Adria Region, Bulgaria, and France
• Owning and executing post level tagging for all EMEA social handles
• Owning relationship and processes with EMEA publishing and scheduling agency (all markets)
• Owning and executing new emerging markets post plan, publishing and scheduling
• Creating and producing organic social ideas of library top performer and managing agency relationship to produce and create best-in-class when it comes to organic social, representing and driving awareness and engagement for our brand and content

Skills and Experience
• Experience in social media/project management/marketing or similar.
• Detail-oriented with strong planning and organization skills.
• Strong communicator and collaborator.
• A self-sufficient and proactive approach to projects.
• Enjoys and excels working in a team environment.
• Experience managing projects, stakeholder and/or agencies.
• Fluency in written and spoken Romanian OR Hungarian & English.
• Familiar with and passionate about our brand and content.
