Global Content Experience
Operations – Senior Manager , Live & Content
The Content Experience department is a WBD Marketing division that is committed to maximizing in-app content engagement, reducing churn, and driving brand love on our streaming and HBO linear services globally. The team is responsible for content scheduling, merchandising, in-stream promotion, and the operational processes and analyses required to maximize that impact. One key piece of this team is the Content Experience Operations team which seeks to advance our m erchandising, c ontent p lanning & i n- s tream p romotion team practices b y improving workflows, collaborating with stakeholders for enhanced technology and tooling, and advising
on strategies to best surface our content priorities. Reporting to the Vice President, the Senior Manager will oversee our Live Experience planning , develop our plans to improve the Content Scheduling & Planning processes , and manage key collaboration to future-proof
operat ions . This is a highly collaborative position, requiring a trusted advisor who c ultivates effective working relationships across various WBD stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee s the operationalization of Global Live Experience for Max, partnering with multiple stakeholders to ideate the best Merchandising & Product UX approach that align s with department goals and priorities.
• Partner s with the Content Planning & Scheduling team to improve tooling and support project planning.
• Work s with Content Experience, Product, and Supply System team leads to identify new opportunities for efficiencies and improvement.
• Identif ies as a subject matter expert on Merchandising & Content Planning tooling and provide s advice and recommendations as needed.
• Looks to discover how t o improve Content Experience workstreams with AI technology.
• Implement s and support s processes developed by our team at regional and product levels, ensuring consistency as we scale globally.
• Interfaces with leadership to communicate team strategies, plans , and results.
• Works with the Content Experience Analytics team to determine how our tooling can best serve their findings.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Professional experience in project management, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communications .
• Proficiency in digital editorial & content operations, workflows, and live event creation tools.
• Previous experience with managing high - functioning, fast-paced teams.
• Abil ity to communicate critical information to all audiences, understanding necessary levels of detail.
• Pursues efficiency
of operations and workflow s with attention to detail , prioritization , and thorough organizational skills .
• Strong work ethic combined with a cooperative and collaborative team-oriented attitude.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to establish productive relationships at all
organizational levels .
• Passionate about all things content and the streaming customer experience.
• Ability to navigate a matrixed organizational environment.
• Must be able and willing to travel worldwide to meet with various teams and stakeholders .
• Microsoft Office 365 power-user. Familiarity with Confluence, Airtable and Monday preferred. Experience using CMS tools with the ability to gain deep knowledge of their functionalities.

In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles in locations where legally required. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $112,000.00 - $208,000.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and sick time and vacation.
