Job Description
This position provides support for the EMEA CFO organization including regional finance teams, supporting consolidated financial reporting for EMEA Nets Segment and International Sports. This role provides support for regional finance, WBD and International LOB on reporting & consolidation, coordination of calendars and deliverables, financial analysis, data management, operational review reporting and issue triage. The role supports preparation and review of EMEA Nets and International Sports consolidated operating results and financial reporting packages, flash reporting, trend reporting, and ad hoc analysis as required.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Lead the consolidation of the EMEA Nets and International Sports month-end, forecast, and budget results.
• Develop and manage EMEA Nets and International Sports reporting to support both regional management and territory finance teams, building standardized P&L reports for the budget, LRP, forecasting, and monthly actuals processes.
• Own corporate month-end, forecast, and budget deliverables, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and alignment with corporate timelines and expectations. Proactively manage deadlines and requirements while maintaining clear communication with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with International Sports and EMEA finance teams on forecast and budget processes and deliverables, including target tracking and gap reporting.
• Serve as a key partner to the EMEA CFO and International Sports finance teams, providing accurate reporting, data, and actionable insights.
• Take a lead role in multiple initiatives, ensuring attention to detail and effective execution of progress.
• Work closely with International LOB, WBD LOB and finance CoE to ensure alignment on reporting requirements, templates, and timelines.
• Perform meaningful business ad hoc analysis to provide leadership with valuable insights.
• Ensure the ongoing development of team members, including professional and interpersonal skills, business knowledge, and team engagement.
• Actively participate in the integration of finance functions, processes, and systems.
• Drive process improvement initiatives and implement reporting changes as required by the organization. Propose updates to reporting practices to maintain the relevance and utility of presented information.
• Lead process simplification initiatives, collaborating across boundaries and sharing best practices with other FP&A teams.
Qualifications & Experience…
• Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) is a plus
• Minimum of 7+ years relevant work experience.
• Team management experience required
• Advanced knowledge and experience with key accounting principles and concepts, financial analysis and reporting. Experience with Oracle EPM, SAP and is a plus.
• Strong written, oral and presentation skills; effective communicator at all levels of the organization; ability to influence others.
• Strong leadership skills with a mindset to drive results.
• High level of executive presence with strong interpersonal and problem resolution skills, and a high degree of integrity, tact and diplomacy.
• Active communicator, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization and across multiple locations.
• Excellent attention to detail. High quality, consistent deliverables.
