Your New Role…

As the Senior FP&A Manager, you will be part of the WBD line of business domain within WBD FP&A and Data Analytics Center of Excellence (COE). This role will be driving development, design and implementation of the strategies to simplify and harmonize financial planning and reporting processes, and to drive best practices in this space. You will own coordination of the multiple recurring processes across the teams and run ad hoc projects aimed at improving the efficiency of FP&A work in WBD. Your main responsibility will be the control role over the financial cycle in WBD, data consistency, elimination of inefficiencies, calendar alignment and process execution. It will require well-understanding of the metadata structure.

Your Role Accountabilities...

Cross-team collaboration and WBD subject matter expertise
• Coordinate the month-end, forecast, budget and long-range plan cycles from the perspective of the calendar alignment and data completeness
• Serve as the single point of contact for WBD wide planning and reporting process and tools matters across COE & business finance teams
• Liaise between multiples stakeholders from Group FP&A through segment and functional COE teams to coordinate key initiatives, drive change, and resolve issues from the reporting standpoint
• Manage matrix driven reporting needs by providing system expertise and collaboration with different project and finance systems teams
• Lead the preparation and ongoing development of other recurring and adhoc reporting schedules
• Execute from multiple COE teams to follow the agreed process and different corporate deliverables

P&L reporting and analysis
• Evaluation of the quality and accuracy of submitted financial data, including issues resolution, if needed
• Create the consistent requirements including reporting layouts to follow the standardization of the support to business and corporate finance
• Support the transmission of subsystem based financial statements to Consolidated WBD, including researching and reconciliation of data in WBD consolidation systems
• Support and maintain the reporting landscape across the teams to avoid overlaps or misalignment in the data reporting by multiple teams
• Update reports infrastructure for all new master data and changes in reporting structures
• Provide assistance/support to other areas within Consolidated Financial Reporting as needed

Projects
• Identify changes in the management reporting structure by following organizational changes
• Assist with master data structure to ensure that requirements align with current management and external reporting financial data structures
• Assist in providing ad hoc reporting and analysis and with various other projects, including cross-divisional initiatives
• Design, implement, and maintain the standardized reporting landscape
• Eliminate the inefficiencies in the WBD FP&A processes
• Participate in other key projects and initiatives impacting P&L reporting and standardization across the teams

Qualifications & Experience…
• 7+ years' of demonstrated experience in a leadership/management position in Finance function with controllership or FP&A department with focus on the consolidation activities
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
• Experience in using EPM solution such as SAP BPC, Hyperion, Cognos, Anaplan
• Experience in using one of the ERP systems as SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle is a plus
• Progressive experience and deep understanding of the business from finance perspective
• Working experience with financial control, management reporting and business analyses, preferably within a global environment in multinational organization
• Intellectual capacity to digest complex information, see trends and analysis through data and to translate this into concrete actions,
• Project management, change management and process improvement experience
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders,
• Competent in preparing presentation quality documents and executive summaries
• High emphasis on teamwork, collaboration, data analysis, and process innovation
• Proactive and hands-on
• Team player who embraces change
• High degree of motivation to deliver a quality product
• Initiative and willingness to take on additional responsibilities
