The Job
We are seeking a skilled Developer/DevOps Engineer. The ideal candidate will have experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, GraphQL and REST backend services, Vue.js and React frameworks as well as proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure including Lambda, Step Functions, Code Pipeline, IAM, EC2 and ECS. Knowledge of infrastructure as code concepts and CloudFormation is a must. As a Developer and DevOps Engineer, your role will involve developing, deploying, and maintaining applications and infrastructure in AWS environments, collaborating to streamline code deployment, and ensuring high availability and performance of the applications.
Responsibilities:
• Help develop and maintain applications and workflow solutions in AWS environments.
• Develop, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure according to best practices.
• Integrate project changes and ensure the stability of the development environment.
• Manage continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve system performance issues.
• Help ensure the security and compliance of AWS environments.
Requirements:
• Proficiency in software development languages such as Python, JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Expertise in Vue.js and React font end frameworks.
• Experience with creating backend services using GraphQL and REST.
• Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructure.
• Familiarity with bash and PowerShell.
• Knowledge of AWS Lambda, Step Functions, Code Pipeline, Code Build , IAM, EC2 and EventBridge.
• Knowledge of database technologies including MongoDB and DynamoDB.
• Familiarity with AWS CloudFormation.
• Understanding and experience deploying to Amazon EKS and ECS.
