Job Description
This role is responsible for coordinate the implementation of the Affiliate Marketing Strategies for Andean and the Caribbean Regions, supporting the company's revenue growth in Affiliates sales.• Responsibilities
• Coordinate the execution of campaigns for the basic and premium business, with the objective of driving subscriber acquisition, authentication, and retention;
• Execute sales force training and incentive plans with our partners;
• Manage marketing budgets according to each partner's investment planning.
• Maintain constant communication with clients to promote activities and monitor investments;
• Work closely with internal partners to leverage synergistic marketing opportunities;
• Use data, analytics, and insights to measure marketing effectiveness and drive decision making;
• Effectively build and maintain strong alliances in the organization, managing multiple stakeholders.
• Qualifications & Experience:
• More than 3 years of experience in administrative, marketing or business development roles, interacting with sales departments;
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineer, or related fields;
• Analysis, management, and understanding skills of the creative, commercial, and marketing process;
• Ability to work in challenging environments, results-oriented and teamwork.
• Essential:
• English language writing, reading, and speaking fluently;
• Microsoft Office knowledge. And ability to make presentations;
• High communication and costumer-oriented skills;
• Ability to communicate effectively with team members and non-team members;
• General knowledge of digital marketing (display, rich media, search, VOD, direct video, mobile, pay social...) and digital campaigns (media ideation and planning, optimization, and performance analysis).
• Desirable:
• General knowledge of the entertainment industry, advertising sales and distribution (Pay TV - Basic and Premium , and digital streaming platforms);
• Working experience with different cultures and markets in Latin America;
• Knowledge and experience in administrative systems: SAP and ARIBA;
• Demonstrated strategic capacity, from concept to final execution;
• Ability to think differently and ''outside the box'';
• Very good analytical skills are required to manage budgets and other types of quantifiable information;
• Ability to work effectively in changing environments;
• Be able to multitask and prioritize.
