Job Description
Responsible for managing the Scheduling processes for MAX in EMEA working closely with the Scheduling Director and other Scheduling Managers in overseeing overall relationship with internal media departments (Media Supply Chain MSC; Acquisitions, Programming & Strategy P&S; Editorial). Ensures scheduled content is available on platform in compliance with rights and business objectives. Support the Director as the go to person for the scheduling and planning systems, supporting the team in ensuring the content plans are executed correctly across all territories and affiliates.

Your Role Accountabilites
• Build, motivate and manage a team of Specialists – identify best practice and encourage continuous improvement across the team.
• Play a strong advisory role to Director on system issues and development needs.
• Developing processes and automation to maintain an overview of all content types and work with other Planning Managers to ensure we have an even flow of content being released on the platform at all times.
• Communicate and liaise with internal teams and stakeholders around content schedule releases, updates and changes to ensure alignment across the Max EMEA content, marketing and operational teams and wider cross-functional teams.
• Create and communicate detailed contingency and business continuity plans for anticipated and unanticipated changes to the schedule.
• Build strong collaborative relationships with the Global MAX Content team as well as counterparts in LATAM and APAC, to enable system alignment, the sharing of best practice and participating in global projects as required, ensuring EMEA has a strong voice around the table at all times.
• Close cooperation with localisations and Content Operations, ensuring the timely availability of localisations (subs and dubs where customary).
• Develop automated reporting for Euro Quota, Genre tagging, Volume analysis and other tasks within the Planning and Scheduling Team, and leading the roll out across all P&S teams in EMEA.
• Be a leading partner in the roll out of MAX across EMEA ensuring all scheduling and planning needs are met with the new systems.
• Drive change by working closely with Operations, Planning & Scheduling, Acquisitions, Rights Teams and other departments in structuring and setting up the processes and workflows for MAX in EMEA, both from a launch requirement and for future safeguarding.
• Checking and confirming all content is scheduled within correct rights in Distribute and working with developers in finding a solution for rights gating.
• Team will act as key point of contact with operations and acquisitions when there are delivery delays that will affect content premiere dates for assigned content types to ensure these are updated and reflected in the systems.

Skills and Experience
• Fluent in English.
• Solid planning/ scheduling experience in digital media/stream platforms or network.
• Have excellent written and verbal communications skills and the ability to interface with all levels within the organization.
• Possess strong organizational skills.
• Able to work well under pressure, complete projects successfully and respond to changing demands and priorities whilst maintaining a flexible and positive attitude.
• Business oriented with strong negotiation/mediation skills.
