Your Role Accountabilities...
• Scheduling and optimization of TV advertising campaigns
• Provide first class servicing to designated agencies with the aim of maximizing share of their media and marketing budgets and attaining maximum client satisfaction
• Handling of booking orders
• Detailed planning of commercial breaks
• Dealing with order as well as delivery confirmations
• Inspection and control of the advertising material
• Creation and delivery of daily commercial break files to Presentation Scheduling within agreed timelines
• Coordinate the coding and delivery of all commercial copy to the Transmission Centre within agreed timelines
• Close collaboration with the internal Sales, Digital Sales and Brand Solutions departments
Qualifications & Experience...
• Studies in a relevant field or a completed education
• High affinity for numbers and detail oriented
• Team player with strong communication skills and a high level of commitment
• Customer-oriented way of thinking and acting
• Good Excel skills welcome and beneficial
