Your New Role…
The Warner Bros. Discovery Global Real Estate Technology and PMO organization is seeking a skilled & energetic Product Manager, with a focus on Audio/Visual strategy, design and implementation projects, supporting Global Real Estate Design & Construction initiatives. Product Managers play lead project and program management roles, with a key focus on specific domain experience and responsibility.
Our team is responsible for a large portfolio of technology platforms and large-scale initiatives, including:
• Global Real Estate Design & Construction Technology, including leading all technology workstreams
• Global Workplace Experience and Property Management application portfolios
• Providing project management expertise across our broader technology organization
The Product Manager will take point on Audio/Visual strategy, design and implementation in support of Real Estate initiatives:
• Conference rooms, screening rooms, specialty spaces
• Major Audio/Visual enhancement and upgrade initiatives
• Engage design and implementation firms, as appropriate, and oversee the end-to-end process
• Partner with Audio/Visual operational support organizations
Project teams often includes cross-functional resources from across technology and other organizations.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Project management for complex initiatives, including establishing and executing consistent project and communication processes and tools
• Hands-on engagement in new and prospective project needs to shape the requirements, define budget and establish project expectations
• Oversight of technology strategy, design/approval, and tactical implementation
• Prepare estimates and oversee detailed project plan development
• Onboard and oversee 3rd party resources where applicable to achieve project objectives in planned timeframes
• Provide status reporting regarding project milestones, deliverable, dependencies, risks and issues, communicating across leadership
• Understand interdependencies between technology, operations and business needs
• Continuous focus on the latest A/V standards
• Other duties as assigned
• Project management and delivery (project plan development and management, tactical implementation coordination, status reporting, issue escalation, delivery team oversight)
• Oversee Audio/Visual design and manage 3rd party teams
• Resource management (onboarding, offboarding, extensions, etc.)
• Ad-hoc requests from senior management
Qualifications & Experience…
• 5+ years related project management experience
• Hands-on experience overseeing technology designs, with an emphasis on Audio/Visual, workplace or related technologies
• Experience supporting real estate design and construction initiatives or programs of a similar complexity
• Experience coordinating with construction contractors and other 3rd party teams
• Excellent communication (written, verbal and presentation) and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, decisive, with the ability to adapt to change and competing demands
• Comfort level taking the lead to define project requirements
• Ability to set clear expectations, prioritize activities, and deliver consistent support when working with other team members
• Business and technology integration experience
• Bachelor's degree
• PMI or equivalent professional certificate preferred
• Media or entertainment industry experience is a plus

The Legal Bits…
In compliance with local law, we are disclosing the compensation, or a range thereof, for roles that will be performed in New York City. Actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $82,600.00 - $153,400.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros. Discovery provides a variety of benefits to employees, including health insurance coverage, an employee wellness program, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays and paid time off (PTO).
