OTTO Operator (Temp)

The Job

Support the operators by leading the staff and organizing the team. Coordinate daily tasks, schedules and shifts. Monitor the progress of Incident´s resolution to ensure accomplish SLAs. Help on Issue solving, diagnosis and troubleshooting. Lead communications during Critical/High Incidents. Point of contact and escalation to vendors and relevant teams within WarnerMedia. Help OTT Tech Lead on training the operators. Assist Manager to accomplish WM and Team goals. Assist Manager to create/update processes and documentation.

The Daily
• Supervising Operator´s daily work
• Ensure that team follow the correct processes for tracking and solving Incidents and Requests
• Help on troubleshoot, solving issues and implement workarounds
• Help on enhacement of monitoring & Alerting tools
• Escalate issues to relevant teams and follow up the progress
• Provide Support to team
• Participate actively in the change control process
• Generate reports of status of the platforms
• Assist on the organizacion related to incident Management and ticketing tracking.

• Communication skills
• Experience on team leadership
• A problem-solving attitude
• Service oriented, priorities and sense of urgency. Collaborative spirit
• Willing to hook into Major or High Priorities issues when necessary, even out of regular labor hours
• Willing to learn and create processes and work on improvements
• Experience and knowledge of OTT/Digital Platforms (Live Streaming, VOD, Transcoding, CDN, Metadata, CMS, payments, B2B and D2C models)
• Programming knowledge (Basic)
• Webhosting
• Java-Java Script
• Networking
• Cloud Computing - Environments
• API Rest
