Job Description
• Drive Brand Growth & Consumer Engagement: Develop and execute bold, disruptive, and insight-led brand and content marketing strategies to establish Max as a leading streaming platform in Taiwan and Hong Kong.
• End-to-End Campaign Management: Own and lead marketing initiatives from conceptualization to execution, ensuring that all campaigns align with brand objectives, audience insights, and market trends.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with regional marketing, creative, insights, PR, social media, and agency partners to craft and implement impactful 360° marketing campaigns.
• Audience-Centric Storytelling: Develop compelling narratives and creative messaging that position Max's content as a must-watch, driving audience curiosity and engagement.
• Maximize Campaign Impact: Utilize data analytics, audience segmentation, and real-time performance tracking to optimize marketing efforts and enhance ROI.
• Creative Innovation & Social Buzz: Think outside the box and identify unique, culturally relevant, and viral-worthy opportunities to make Max a top-of-mind brand.
• Project & Budget Management: Lead multiple projects simultaneously, manage timelines, and ensure on-time and on-budget execution.
• Market Expertise & Trendspotting: Stay ahead of entertainment, digital marketing, and pop culture trends, ensuring Max remains relevant and resonant in Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Essentials:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 6+ years of experience in consumer marketing, brand strategy, or content marketing within entertainment, streaming, tech, or media industries.
• Proven track record in developing and executing high-impact marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative problem-solver with the ability to identify growth opportunities and challenge the status quo.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across internal teams, agencies, and external partners.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable using data-driven insights to guide decision-making.
• Deep knowledge of the Taiwan & Hong Kong streaming landscape, including consumer behaviors, cultural trends, and local content preferences.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal) is required; Cantonese proficiency is a plus.
• Passionate about entertainment, pop culture, and storytelling, with an enthusiasm for Max's content and vision.
