General Summary:
Your new role as Marketing Manager, Brand & Content D2C will be to drive subscriptions of Max through consumer marketing campaigns that deliver maximum awareness of our brand and content pillars. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Brand & Content D2C Marketing for the Streaming & Networks division of WBD ANZ.
The Job :
Reporting to the Senior Manager , Brand and Content Marketing ANZ , this role will help in all MAX brand and content marketing activities in Australia & New Zealand. The Marketing Manager will help identify , develop, and inspire the Company brand marketing efforts to be outstanding, forward-thinking, and culturally relevant. In this role, you will be involved in campaign development and end-to-end campaign management of some of the brand's biggest initiatives, such as content marketing campaigns that will driv e engagement with new and existing fans.
The Daily :
• Support the execution of the brand and content marketing strategy to bring Max to audiences in Australia & New Zealand.
• Collaborate with the global marketing team and local agency partners in the development and execution of Max's launch and ongoing brand and content marketing campaigns.
• Assist in driving the comprehensive brand management process, leading a campaign from start to finish with minimal supervision
• W ork closely with I nsights & Research to
optimize campaigns based on consumer data and framework mapping, while addressing the need for trend-based, insight-driven solutions .
• Contribute to developing individual content campaign strateg ies and crafting meaningful 360-degree campaign brief s that aligns with broader brand, audience, and channel strategies . Collaborate with local and international publicity, social, digital performance, retention, affiliate marketing, creative and legal teams to realise these plans in full.
• Prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, even if they are at different stages
of execution and development
• Deliver comprehensive post campaign analysis documents to discuss with stakeholders.
Essentials :
• 3 + years' experience in marketing, ideally within an entertainment, DTC
or consumer marketing company . Familiar with the Australian media landscape.
• Self-starter who brings campaigns to market, develops new practices, and is dedicated to analyzing growth through metrics . Able to think creatively, highly driven and self-motivated.
• Familiarity with audience behaviors and successful content strategies. Capable of extracting consumer and communication insights from our content .
• Operate with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong communication skills .
• Experienced in project management, a ble to manage multiple projects at a fast pace and high volume .
• Ability to work collaboratively across the organization with employees at all levels .
• Excellent interpersonal skills; Dynamic personality, adaptable, a high-degree
of professionalism.
• A team player able to work with colleagues across multiple locations & timezones . Able to work readily and easily with many different personalities in a highly matrixed and international structure.
• Effective collaborator, comfortable working well under pressure with tight and changing deadlines .
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills . Savvy in building presentation decks and visualizing proposals .
• A genuine , enthusiastic and passionate fan of entertainment, pop culture , new trends with excitement for WBD content and product .
