Manager, Streaming Marketing Strategy & Operations

Job Description

Your Role Accountabilities

This role reports to the VP of Streaming Marketing Strategy & Operations. This role will have broad responsibilities across the Streaming Marketing organization, supporting the VP and marketing leadership team to:
• Drive cross-team/functional strategic initiatives to support subscriber growth and operational efficiency
• Develop decision-making frameworks to guide critical strategy choices
• Conduct data-driven business analysis to support and make recommendations on strategic opportunities
• Gather and communicate competitive intelligence & industry trends
• Create strategy presentations and documents

In order to meet these objectives, the Manager will be expected to:
• Author documents and presentations articulating team strategy and share with global stakeholders
• Exhibit strong business acumen to understand global and local businesses and work with their owners on a regular basis
• Demonstrate strong ability to connect the dots and transfer learnings and best practices across the global marketing team
• Use communication skills to effectively disseminate priorities and strategy to different teams across the company
• Work collaboratively across functions within the Streaming Marketing team

Skills and Experience
• Strong English proficiency
• Experience at a leading strategy consulting firm or equivalent experience leading strategy in-house.
• Strong analytical skills, including research and strategic insight as well as financial analysis
• Strong ability to collaborate, network, and influence
• Excellent project management skills and high detail-orientation
• Strong written and oral communications skills
• Ability to work within a matrix organization and adapt to and drive change
