Job Description
The Manager, Strategic Planning and Executive Reporting is at the core of translating WBD's strategy into financial outcomes. This role involves the maintenance of the long range financial plan for the consolidated business, built in close collaboration with the Corporate Strategy team and Business Unit Finance teams. In addition to maintaining this model, this position will support the alignment our strategy with our financial performance targets and drafting concise communications for the Board of Directors.

This role will also be responsible for ad hoc reporting that translates the company's financial performance into succinct, relevant materials that allow executives to get a proper overview of the status quo and act if necessary. This role will partner with teams across the organization to draft presentations to important Committees and take the reporting of the company's performance to the next level.

Your Role Accountabilities
• Maintain the company's financial long-range planning process & planning model
• Partner with Business Unit Finance teams to keep models up to date and ensure reconciliation to financial management reporting
• Incorporate Capital Market focused metrics in the long-range plan, such as FCF, Leverage, Valuations, etc.
• Collaborate with the Corporate Strategy Team to execute the strategic planning process framework
• Manage stakeholders providing input to the financial planning models, ensuring consistent assumptions across all Business Unit Finance Teams
• Research relevant market & competitor data and develop benchmarking frameworks against WBD's planning assumptions
• Develop processes that allow executive leadership to track relevant KPIs
• Ensure sure all reporting is cohesive and follows standardized definitions
• Coordinate the schedule of multiple deliverables to ensure the team meets all deadlines promptly

Qualifications & Experience
• 5 years in FP&A roles in a large corporate, or relevant experience in investment banking
• Bachelor or equivalent degree, or evidence of on-the-job training in similar skills
• Strong financial modeling skills, incl. driver-based models, cash-flow forecasting, and some limited valuation methodologies
• Strong process management, incl. complex cross-company processes requiring input from multiple business and finance leaders
• Familiarity with industry reports and other sources of competitive intelligence

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $86,030.00 - $159,770.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
