Your New Role…

As Manager, International Publicity, you'll play a key role in an exciting team driving content publicity for the highest profile brands and shows in the film and television industry working for Warner Bros. Discovery and its streaming service Max. You'll be a strategic content publicist who can execute impactful PR campaigns for HBO and Max content on an International scale.

Whether it's The Penguin, Dune: The Prophecy, The White Lotus, The Last of Us, or the highly anticipated Harry Potter TV series, you'll be working with teams across WBD's International footprint in Latin America, EMEA and APAC, as well as international licensees to drive content publicity in support of the company's wider business objectives.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• In this position you will lead on a number of shows across various genres and will execute the International PR strategy for said titles in collaboration with the Director and support team members; this includes organisation of International press junkets, screening events, set visits and talent tours amongst other activities.
• The role requires regular meetings with key stakeholders and partners – including but not limited to Marketing, Production, Sales and Distribution and International broadcasters – to update on international publicity activities and needs
• You will be in close collaboration with domestic Publicity counterparts on implementation of full lifecycle campaigns to support HBO and Max Original content internationally, from announcement stage through production to release, awards and beyond.
• Work with wider team members on reporting and coverage generated across title campaigns and keeping the Director informed of all key updates
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with filmmakers, talent representatives, industry bodies and international press
• Management of relevant show budgets per year, as dictated by Director and Vice President.
• Line management, mentorship and development of the team's Publicity Executive.

Qualifications & Experience…
• Demonstrable experience in international PR with insight in the international film, TV and streaming industry
• A strong communicator who has the ability to work with people at all levels both externally and within the organisation
• Ability to manage and develop personnel, working effectively as part of a tight knit team
• A very keen passion for TV and entertainment
• Innovative, outgoing and proactive personality
• Ability to work under pressure, managing and prioritising multiple projects at a time
• Proven show budget management
• Excellent co-ordination, organisational and problem-solving skills

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
