Junior Transmission Engineer (Intern)
As Junior Transmission Engineer you will be part of a team responsible for the daily operation of our Warsaw Broadcast MCR, serving both the Polish and International markets. You will oversee smooth broadcast operations, troubleshoot, and maintain both physical equipment and network systems. This unique position offers the opportunity to learn cutting-edge technologies used in both traditional broadcast TV and the most modern TV environments.
What we're looking for:
• Eagerness to learn about TV operations in a global company,
• Recently completed or in the final year of a relevant engineering program (Telecommunications, IT, or a related field),
• Understanding
of IP routing and network management, particularly with Cisco or Juniper hardware, is a plus,
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate within diverse teams,
• Fluency in Polish , good command of English (minimum B2 level or higher),
• Previous experience in traditional broadcast operations is a plus, but not required,
• A willi ngness to par ticipate in a 24/7 shift coverage schedul e is essential for this role.
Your responsibilities:
• Your primary role will involve learning a bout TV operations
• Monitoring systems responsible for live channel distribution via satellite&IP,
• Maintaining and upgrading our broadcast, IT, and network infrastructure, ensuring
optimal performance and r eliability
• Facilitat ing effective communication between internal and external teams across multiple regions
• Learning and applying organizational workflows and tools to enhance operational efficiency.
• Supporting senior engineers with daily operational tasks

Onsite Working - This role is advertised as Onsite, meaning all working hours and days (regardless of shift pattern) will be carried out at the place of work.
