Job Description
Primary purpose of the role:The IT department maintains all computers, servers and storage systems, access authorizations and IP telephony. It is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/ configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure.
Please note this is 100% on-site position.
Key Responsibilities:
• 1st and 2nd level support for employees regarding IT issues
• User administration (setup/ maintaining accounts) for different systems
• Maintains network and VoIP system
• Administers employee workspace relocations by setting up workspaces with appropriate hardware, and handles troubleshooting as appropriately
• Other job-related duties or special projects as required
Knowledge/ Skills/ Abilities:
• Hands on experience of installing IT hardware, software, user help desk and IT infrastructure
• Very good knowledge of the Microsoft 365 and the current Windows and Mac OS operating system environment as well as the administration of Active Directory
• Good organisational skills and time management
• Fluent German (C1 and higher) and good English language skills (B1 and higher)
• Good communication skills and enjoy working in a team
