Job Description
This position provides Single Point Of Contact (SPOC) support for the Poland CFO organization including local finance teams, supporting FP&A processes for Poland Nets, DTC, and Studios segments.

This role will act as a vital bridge between local finance teams, CoE and Controllership.

Additionally, the person in this role will participate in special projects, providing financial expertise and supporting cross-functional initiatives as needed.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Act as the SPOC for Poland market finance teams, ensuring alignment on financial planning and reporting activities.
• Collaborate with the CoE to manage FP&A processes, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting cycles.
• Serve as a key partner to the Poland CFO and local finance team, providing accurate reporting, data, and actionable insights.
• Coordinate, set up, and lead SPOC month-end close and forecast meetings with stakeholders and CoE, ensuring all parties are aligned on key deliverables, timelines, and performance results.
• Oversee and manage the FP&A calendar, ensuring all key deadlines are clearly communicated and all deliverables are completed accurately and submitted on time. Coordinate with stakeholders to address any timing conflicts or challenges proactively.
• Liaise with Controllership and PtoP teams to address any relevant financial queries, ensuring timely resolution and alignment.
• Ensure compliance with corporate FP&A standards and policies.
• Drive efficiency in financial processes through automation, standardization, and leveraging systems such as SAP, Oracle EPM.
• Proactively identify and implement best practices to enhance financial planning and reporting capabilities.
• Perform and coordinate meaningful business ad hoc analysis to provide leadership with valuable insights.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and provide financial expertise to support strategic initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in local finance, CoE, Controllership, and other departments, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications & Experience…
• Qualified accountant (ACA or equivalent) is a plus.
• Minimum of 5+ years relevant work experience.
• Team management experience is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge and experience with key accounting principles and concepts, financial analysis and reporting. Experience with Oracle EPM, SAP is a plus.
• Strong written, oral and presentation skills; effective communicator at all levels of the organization; ability to influence others.
• Strong leadership skills with a mindset to drive results.
• High level of executive presence with strong interpersonal and problem resolution skills, and a high degree of integrity, tact, and diplomacy.
• Active communicator, with the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships across the organization and across multiple locations.
• Excellent attention to detail. High quality, consistent deliverables.
• Ability to remain flexible in a constantly changing environment.
