Financial Analyst

Job Description

As Analyst Financial Planning and Analysis in our Content FP&A Team you will be supporting Regional Finance Teams and FP&A Content Team members in building monthly forecasts and analyzing actuals performance vs plan.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Build monthly forecasts and annual budget for Content cost, act as subject matter expert in dedicated area
• Prepare variance analysis to explain actual and forecasted performance vs prior year/plan/prior forecast by channel/ geography
• Work with various Teams in the organization to achieve better Fcst accuracy
• Collaborate closely with Accounting Team on MEC related activities
• Support FP&A Senior Manager and Senior FP&A analyst in Forecast and Ad hoc activities
• Support development of systems, tools, and processes to facilitate efficient and accurate analysis

Qualifications & Experience…
• 3+ years of relevant FP&A experience
• Strong analytical skills
• • Self-motivated, detail-oriented individual with ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Motivated by dynamic, high-energy environment
• Proficiency in Excel and other financial data analysis tools and techniques
• Experience in Hyperion Essbase, Hyperion Planning and SAP S4HANA are considered a plus.
