Job Description
Working closely with the FP&A and Accounting Finance teams as well as the Local Production (LP) legal and territory teams, you are leading the team that is responsible for the preparation and processing of various kinds of participation statements for the local productions of various territories, e.g. France, Italy, UK, Spain and more.
Your Role Accountabilities…
• Coordinate, review, set-up and if necessary, prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual statements including specific responsibilities for, but not limited to: Producer participation statements for Local Productions; liaising closely with the Manager Local Productions Germany and the Senior Manager Local Productions to ensure that all participation requirements are met in time.
• Coordinate and review corresponding processes such as posting and payment of statements with relevant territories, corrections for incorrect postings to LP titles, etc.
• Respond to partner's questions and requirements referring to the statements prepared or costs/ revenue details included in statements.
• Coordination and Review of LP-related intercompany reporting.
• As key product owner, work with external developers to fix bugs/ improve/ expand ILP system to increase efficiencies.
• Ensure documentation of business processes.
• Support internal and external financial audits.
• Ensure the compliance of financial processes with Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements (if applicable)
• Respond to ad hoc requests from territories and / or Home Office.
• Manage team.
Qualifications & Experiences…
• At least 5 years in Finance, Accounting or Controlling
• At least 2 years leadership experience
• Fluent in English
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, SAP R/3 FICO and BW
• Additional language(s) would be advantageous (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Japanese)
