Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled Data Analyst who will be a key player in driving data governance initiatives in a fast-paced digital media environment. Your role will be crucial in managing customer and content data efficiently, thus contributing to the success of the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to analyze processes and data to enhance the usage of customer and content data across the organization

Role Accountabilities:

Business Analysis:
• Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements related to customer and content data.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization of data processes and systems.
• Translate business needs into actionable data solutions and recommendations.

Process Analysis:
• Analyze existing data processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
• Streamline data-related processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement process enhancements to drive productivity and accuracy.

Data Object and Element Definition:
• Contribute to data governance initiatives focusing on customer and content data.
• Contribute to the Enterprise Data Model development.
• Define and document data objects and elements relevant to customer and content data.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy in data definitions across the organization.
• Establish clear guidelines for data modelling and schema design.

Standards Development:
• Establish data standards and best practices for customer and content data management.
• Implement and enforce data quality standards to maintain data integrity.
• Continuously monitor and update standards to adapt to changing business needs and industry trends.

Cooperation and Stakeholder Engagement:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives
• Collaborate with data owners, stewards, and other stakeholders to ensure data governance compliance.
• Facilitate communication and coordination between different teams and departments involved in data management.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance on data governance matters

Requirements:

Educational Background:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Management, or related field.

Skills and Competencies:
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of data governance principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and analytical mindset.
• Familiarity with digital environments and technologies.

Experience:
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis or related field.
• Proficiency in digital media and/or television environment required.
• Hands-on experience with data governance frameworks and methodologies.
• Previous exposure to advertising technology (ad servers, programmatic platforms) is advantageous.

Collaboration:
• Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong collaborative skills to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager.
