The Job
As a Communications Executive within the SEA, Hong Kong and Taiwan team, you will work across corporate and internal communications for our businesses, including streaming, as well as title Publicity across platforms. We are looking for a highly organized and proactive team player to be responsible for the tasks outlined below.
The Daily
• Publicity, Agency, and Asset Management
• Support Senior Director of Communications on communications, title and channel publicity including but not limited to title launch / sustaining strategies.
• Logistical support across titles and activations, managing project schedules meticulously and quickly problem solving on the go.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and cross functional teams on approvals and checking on sensitivities of campaign activations.
• Work on ongoing news from highlights, summaries, alerts, global reports
• Tracking of media coverage and nominating media for junkets / screeners access in close collaboration with agencies and international publicity. This includes gathering results from territories without agency support and sending out the monthly highlights to the global team
• Coordination of assets, informing and sharing across to agencies and relevant internal teams.
• Keeping track of deliverables for various campaigns.
Admin
• Help in raising PRs and POs in Ariba across projects and follow up with finance.
• Raise requests for legal documents pre onboarding agencies or vendors and follow through from procurement to contract to completion of vendor upload.
• Support team in relevant tasks including research.
The Essentials
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship and operations skills.
• Fast learner with an ability to adapt techniques based on requirements.
• An open mindset and will seek out feedback to refine and develop their skills.
• Good time management and multitasker.
• Passion for entertainment, titles, and Public Relations / Publicity.
• Proficiency in Chinese (Traditional/ Simplified) or Bahasa Indonesia is beneficial for effective communication with regional stakeholders.
