Commercial Operations Lead (14 months contract)
This dynamic role is at the heart of digital advertising operations. You'll oversee the billing process, craft detailed revenue reports, and manage customer accounts with the finance team. Be the go-to person for client service queries and drive the whole order lifecycle from start to finish. You'll lead a vibrant team of Digital Specialists, optimizing processes and supporting sales with actionable insights. Dive into managing ad products and pricing, all while building strong relationships and juggling multiple exciting projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Managing a team of Digital Specialists responsible for a variety of tasks such as campaign forecasting, booking, delivery, optimization, inventory management, and troubleshooting.
• Serving as the primary contact for client service teams, sales representatives, and handling escalations related to digital bookings. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage client expectations, setting up and overseeing the order management process - including the entire lifecycle of an order-from entry, modifications, and trafficking to campaign analysis, invoicing, and credit issuance.
• Handling monthly revenue reporting across various dimensions. Overseeing the end-of-month billing adjustments, working closely with the finance team to resolve any discrepancies in reporting or credits, and ensuring all customer invoicing is accurate.
• Coordinating with finance teams for new customer account setups and ongoing account management.
• Identifying opportunities for improving processes or developing new ones to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Building and maintaining essential documentation related to advertising policies and digital requirements.
• Supporting the sales team by providing essential data and reports on sales performance and marketing efforts weekly and monthly.
• Planning, booking, and scheduling marketing and contra campaigns, managing ad products, packages, and overseeing pricing and discount promotion strategies.
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with the sales, management team and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and cooperation across departments.
• Handling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, requiring excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Other duties as required.
