Job Description
The candidate will be managing all aspects of commentary coordination and is responsible for the day-to-day business and consistent planning of commentary. He/she will be liaising with all relevant departments and stakeholders both within the local market as well as London and Paris.

Your Role Accountabilities…
• Commentary coordination in the Netherlands and Dutch-speaking part of Belgium
• Supporting and providing input for budget control
• First point of contact for all commentary related questions from commentators and relevant departments
• Onboarding new commentators in the WBD environment
• Supporting local sports productions
• Working closely with the local Eurosport team and London & Paris based operations teams to report on all commentary related topics

Qualifications & Experience…
• Experience in executing and managing projects for a (large) media organization
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage internal and external relationships, both up and down
• Fluent in English, both spoken and in writing
• Digital competence, experience in using planning tools is preferred
• Ability to manage, coach and inspire
• Experience with live sports production & events and knowledge of the Dutch sports tv landscape is preferred
• A commercial, flexible, and problem-solving mindset
• A wide professional (sports) production network is preferred
• Strong planning & organizing skills
• Role requires clear prioritization and working under pressure with short deadlines
• The job is mainly within office hours, but flexibility is required during local productions and important sport events
• Although it's preferred to work from the office in Hilversum, partly working for home is optional
