Our mission is to simplify complex challenges and accelerate time-to-market for our stakeholders.

We collaborate as a team to drive multiple customer-centric initiatives, going beyond a single product or service. The ideal candidate will have expertise in media workflows and technology while effectively partnering with stakeholders to identify, define, and deliver strategic solutions. They should be equally comfortable diving into technical details and maintaining a high-level strategic perspective.

Your Role Accountabilities…

Strategic & Analytical Leadership
• Utilize deep knowledge of media workflows to define and develop innovative solutions.
• Balance practicality and innovation to deliver impactful, business-aligned technology solutions.
• Make cross-functional decisions with a broad, logical approach that extends beyond specific technologies or industries.

Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
• Act as a trusted liaison between stakeholders and development teams to ensure clear alignment on requirements and priorities.
• Simplify complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences, enabling better decision-making and collaboration.
• Maintain a customer-first mindset, ensuring solutions are tailored to business needs and challenges.

Business Analysis & Requirements Management
• Gather, document, and maintain detailed functional specifications, user stories, and business requirements.
• Ensure requirements align with strategic business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX teams, developers, and product managers to refine product vision and execution.

Agile Development & Project Execution
• Participate in Agile development processes, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and iterative development.
• Drive clarity in requirements, priorities, and timelines to optimize project execution.
• Continuously refine and enhance workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.

Quality & Process Improvement
• Monitor product performance, prioritize enhancements and bug fixes, and collaborate with engineering teams to maintain high product standards.
• Identify and implement process optimizations to improve overall workflow efficiency.
• Serve as an escalation point for problem-solving and troubleshooting before escalating to technical teams.

Qualifications & Experiences…
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in business analysis, technical support, or media technology-related roles.
• Experience working with development teams and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Hands-on experience with media workflows, including MAMs, DAMs, transcoders, post-production environments, and media supply chains.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience managing an intake pipeline for development teams.
• Exceptional ability to analyze and communicate complex workflows, making informed recommendations.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of media and technology, delivering impactful solutions for some of the world's most recognized entertainment brands. If you're passionate about media workflows, technology, and problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you!
