The Associate is responsible for supporting the Senior Manager overseeing Action Figures and Collectibles within the Toys team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of Three (3) years of experience with Category/Licensee Management and knowledge of the licensing and retail landscape in Toys, Action Figures and Collectibles. The candidate should have experience in building solid relationships with major brand partners, an entrepreneurial spirit, engaged in external and internal partners, and the breadth of skills required to help execute key initiatives & overall growth of Warner Bros. Discovery Consumer Products Business. This role will be accountable for day-to-day support of key licensee businesses including coordinating internal and external meetings, liaising with internal teams including Finance, Product Development, Franchise Management, and Retail Business Development in order to maximize the licensed Action Figures and Collectibles business across the Warner Bros. Discovery portfolio of brands.

Your Role Accountabilities...
• Assists in management of sub-category initiatives, revenue plan and execution
• Supports Manager in preparation of quarterly forecast and annual budget
• Assists in managing contracts from inception through execution
• Interfaces with internal stakeholders to provide category information in support of key initiatives
• Communicates regularly with licensees and act as key point of contact in daily relationship management

Qualifications & Experience...

Work Experience

3+ years of experience in Licensing industry with background in Toys preferred

Education, Professional Training, Technical Training or Certification

BA/BS degree in business or related field required

Knowledge/Skills
• Basic licensing industry knowledge with intellectual curiosity
• Ability to take direction and assist Manager in executing strategic and operational plan
• Basic understanding of financial forecasts and budgets
• Detail oriented self-starter
• Strong collaboration and partnership skills
• Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively cross-functionally
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong organizational/leadership and planning skills required
• Strong and varied computer software knowledge required (i.e. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to create pitch/presentations

Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $47,466.00 - $88,150.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
