Analyst, Marketing (Media Planning)

Act as a strategic link between internal stakeholders, third-party partners and agencies, for planning, managing, executing and reporting full funnel campaigns in all media touchpoints, including purchase authorizations, tracking reports, media buy changes, creative specifications and deliveries, budget control, spend reports, etc.

Your role accountabilities
• Planning and executing marketing campaigns, also in partnership with local vendors.
• Coordinate deadlines, request, approval and delivery of all materials for Global, Regional and Local Buying events (OOH TV spots, radio spots, online ads videos, bumper ads, vertical ads, canvas, banners, special formats for Pay TV, etc.), including special placements such as big events.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategy and brand guidelines.
• Managing the end-to-end process of campaign execution, including planning, creative development, launch, and post-campaign analysis.
• Developing and coordinate special stunts for other media opportunities.
• Providing optimization and recommendations throughout the campaign.
• Recruiting, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with media partners.
• Creating and managing media strategies and partner marketing programs, including setting promotional strategies.
• Providing continuous support and resources to partners to maximize their performance and contribution to business growth.
• Tracking, analyzing and reporting campaigns performance for all platforms, using different analytics tools.
• Supporting and suggesting A/B testing to drive incremental improvements across all KPIs.
• Supporting all execution aspects of the campaign management processes – campaign strategy; tagging recommendations; consoles setting up; delivery management (pacing, budget, spend); analysis and reporting.
• Ensuring proper pacing and execution of campaigns, working with Creative and Marketing local teams to request, test, and optimize current assets based on media insights.
• Coordinate and monitor all activities related to the financial workflow for media and creative for each launch: request POs, manage billing workflow with agencies, control budget, reconcile financial reports, report media investment via ITAP platform, and provide investment reporting and analysis.
• Reporting for post-campaign presentations and providing insights to internal teams.
• Collect all data and create a local briefing to send to media and social agencies and vendors.
• Fulfill all HO decks with information, data, photo and videos from all MKT campaigns.
• Attend actively all main MKT meetings (locally and with HO), giving ideas and feedbacks;
• Organizing and collecting all feedback from the creative materials requested by HO;
• Creation and execution of presentations (in PowerPoint), when requested by the Marketing Director or by the media and creative area.

Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Communication is required.
• 2+ years of experience in marketing and paid media marketing, including partnership development, ideally within an entertainment or agency.
• Strong understanding of paid media touchpoints management and success metrics, from traditional media such as OOH and TV, to search, social, display, video, mobile, special activations and CTV.
• Proven experience using any of the following advertising management tools such as: Google Marketing Platform, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, Comscore, etc.
• Experience in planning and executing paid media campaigns and tracking results.
• Strong ability to analyze and interpret data to inform actionable insights of growth marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional speaking and writing communication skills.
• Fluent English.
• Strong presentation and project management skills.
• Hands-on experience with developing and reporting metrics and KPIs for business goals, process improvement projects, and campaign management.
Other Nice to Have
• Understanding experience of analytics, brand safety and data tools/interfaces (Google Analytics, Datorama, etc).
• Solid knowledge in creating and managing complex spreadsheets in Excel and in creating presentations in PowerPoint or related software.
