WAFB Channel 9 is the CBS network affiliate located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, the 94th market in the country. The tradition of television in Baton Rouge began on April 19, 1953, when WAFB signed on the air as the second television station in Louisiana.
Over the following decades, Channel 9 created the number-one news organization in South Louisiana, covering local, state, and regional news.

Job Summary/Description:
WAFB-TV is looking for a producer for our weekend evening newscasts as well as three newscasts during the week. The ideal candidate must be able to generate daily story ideas, work under pressure and meet deadlines in a high-energy environment. In this position, you will produce WAFB's weekend evening newscasts and produce three days during the week.

Qualifications/Requirements:
