The Role and What You'll Do:
This position works closely with the Director, Production to ensure shipment of all promotional elements from vendors and broadcast partners to UFC live events. This position is the primary contact between the production team and the athletes/athlete camps.
• Oversee call sheets, on-site schedules, and production operations, including catering, venue logistics, credentialing, security, and coordination of transmissions.
• Coordinate real-time communication among producers, directors, venue personnel, and production teams to guarantee smooth event execution.
• Collaborate with on-air talent to manage all their needs, including travel, accommodations, wardrobe, and event schedules. Serve as the main point of contact to ensure talent is prepared, comfortable, and informed throughout the event.
• Assist in the budgeting process for key aspects of UFC Live Event production, including documentation of talent-related expenses, form assistance on talent contract negotiations, coordinating music licensing and budget allocation, and tracking costs for feature production. Ensure all expenditures align with overall budget goals and assist in maintaining financial efficiency throughout the event production.
• Arranges the ENG schedule for upcoming events including scheduling and notifying athletes of their obligations.
• Works closely on Dana White's Contender Series for feature logistics, athlete schedules, as well as event-related activities
• Managing talent logistics, coordinating production crew travel, and overseeing event scheduling for large-scale remote broadcasts.
• Arranges and compiles the walk-in music list for shows.
• Prepares production credential lists for shows.
• Works with outside vendors on travel needs for athletes and staff for production shoots.
• Works with ENG crew on load-in to venues and ensures crew needs are met for a successful shoot including, athlete interviews, press conference e, weight-in and scenic shoots.
• Ensures athletes arrive on time by contacting and reminding them of their schedule and ensures everyone remains on schedule, including ENG staff.
• Sets up schedule for interviews with athletes at events via UFC PR.
• Other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
You Have These:
• 1-to-3 years of production experience minimum.
• High school diploma, GED or equivalent. Associates degree or higher preferred.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidential information.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing with individuals in all levels of the organization.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products and the ability to learn other basic computer programs.
