Job Description

The Role and What You'll Do:
The Equipment Coordinator is responsible for working on all aspects of apparel and related equipment for the Athletes, Cut men, Corner men, and other related event participants as necessary. This role has specific responsibilities within the heat set and vinyl cutting process, as well as packing and shipping for events. The position interacts with internal and external stakeholders, including Event Operations, Athlete Relations, Sponsorship, and athletes.
• Assists in ensuring the execution of the contract provisions with all in-Octagon partners.
• Works on the day-to-day receipt and distribution of all apparel and related equipment to and from the suppliers, events, and television productions.
• Coordinates with all stakeholders prior to and during production and/or event.
• Travels to and from events and productions to manage the delivery, distribution, and presentation of apparel and related equipment to the athletes and other support roles.
• Other tasks, projects, and responsibilities as assigned.
You Have These:
• Three or more years of experience
• AEMA certification preferred
• Basic understanding of apparel and equipment related production timelines
• Ability to obtain passport and travel internationally
