Job Description
As a Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for the Overhead and Workspace category within the Purchasing team, working under the direction of the Associate Director responsible for all of Ubisoft's Canadian studios, including Montreal, Quebec City, Winnipeg, Toronto, Saguenay and Sherbrooke.

As part of Ubisoft's organizational transformation to harmonize all Canadian studios, you will play a key role by demonstrating strong leadership and exceptional autonomy. You will be responsible for supporting the category strategy vision, developed in collaboration with you and the Category Lead.

Job Description
• Complete management of the RFP process: This includes presenting negotiation mandates to senior management.
• Supplier Management: Analyze, identify, maintain and develop relationships with key suppliers, while establishing new strategic partnerships.
• Contract Management: Ensure strict compliance with contractual terms and conditions, with the ability to identify and address any deviations. Oversee the performance of key suppliers and ensure compliance with SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data to build a strong business case, identify gaps and exploit opportunities.
• Produce activity reports and work on key performance indicators.

Qualifications
• At least 7 years' experience in a senior buyer position
• Solid experience in direct and/or indirect purchasing within a purchasing department
• Ability to develop and implement a negotiation strategy with suppliers and internal customers
• Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability
• Ability to work independently, define priorities and be proactive in improving processes
• Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, from requisition to invoicing
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
• University degree or equivalent (business administration, procurement, logistics or other relevant discipline) complemented by a successful track record.
