Job Description
Ketchapp Studio is seeking a Lead User Acquisition & Monetization Manager to take a pivotal role in driving the success of our mobile studio. Within the studio, you will work under the direct responsibility of the Head of Marketing, in close interaction with other departments like Creatives, publishing, tech and production

You'll lead a team of 5 talented specialists, defining their OKRs, optimizing processes, and managing a diverse portfolio of mobile apps. If you're passionate about innovation, teamwork, and delivering results in a fast-evolving market, this role is for you.
What you'll do:
• Impactful Leadership: Manage a large portfolio of apps, supporting soft launch initiatives, and directly contributing to the studio's growth and revenue optimization.
• Lead & Manage: Support, mentor, and guide a team of UA & Monetization Specialists through a human-centered management approach focused on care and growth.
• Set Objectives: Collaborate with your team to define and track quarterly Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) to ensure alignment with company goals.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Build strong connections with other teams to ensure aligned strategies and smooth execution.
• Optimize Processes & Drive Innovation: Streamline workflows for campaign launches, creative testing, and performance tracking while refining strategies and soft launch processes to adapt to the evolving mobile market
Qualifications
• Experience & Expertise: A highly senior background in User Acquisition and Ad monetization, with your first experience in team management.
• Strategic Vision: Proven ability to adapt to market changes and drive innovative solutions in UA and monetization practices.
• Process-Oriented: Skilled at refining processes and workflows, particularly around creatives and soft launches.
• Leadership Skills: Strong interpersonal and managerial skills with a focus on fostering collaboration and team development.
• Analytical Mindset: Comfortable working with data to drive decisions and optimize performance.
