Job Description
Reporting to the Associate Director of IT Financial Planning (''FP&A''),the Manager will oversee a team of senior-level financial analysts. This team supports the financial planning of global IT teams by analyzing the financial viability of new and/or existing IT services. You will develop financial plans with a three-year outlook, contribute to quarterly updates, and prepare reports on financial performance. While the scope of responsibilities may evolve over time, you will primarily support our hosting teams providing Datacenter, Metal, Cloud, and network services.
Responsibilities:
• Manage the team of financial analysts and ensure priority management to encourage work-life balance.
• Act as a communication and alignment facilitator for globally distributed teammates.
• Oversee financial tracking of assigned IT teams, propose and analyze key financial indicators.
• Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries.
• Prepare and conduct analyses to align available financial resources with the technological needs of Ubisoft's creative studios and strategic requirements.
• Prepare short- and medium-term budgets and update financial forecasts for Ubisoft's global IT teams and their projects.
• Collaborate on the development of new cost tracking tools, forecasting models, and methodologies.
• Coordinate the alignment of your IT teams with the strategic objectives of the global IT group.
• Ensure accurate intercompany (Interco) statements.
• Validate financial flows with the corresponding internal subsidiaries.
• Contribute to IT cost modeling.
• Build and review business models for IT services offered to internal clients, ensure long-term financial viability, and propose appropriate pricing strategies.
Qualifications
• Proven expertise in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, modeling, and forecasting.
• Experience in finance for IT, such as infrastructure technologies, is a strong asset, with the ability to understand technical language and analyze technical specifications.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, VBA, and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
