You are passionate about using data and eager to influence the future of HR through analytics and business intelligence?

Come and deploy your potential in our new team! In this critical position, you'll help improve our approach to presenting, analyzing and modeling HR data, to help our North American studio leaders make the best possible decisions. Your expertise will also help us with workforce planning, as your models will enable us to anticipate human resources needs in a complex context of resource mobility.

What you'll do

Workforce planning

You will help us use our resource allocation data to review our practices, in our project-based industry context.
• In collaboration with other teams, you will set up a reference framework and database, enabling you to run workforce simulations and forecasts based on the development phases of our video games.
• You will optimize resource allocation models, considering the constant evolution of variables.
• Throughout this process, you will build alliances with system, business intelligence, finance and production teams, as well as with Canadian studio leaders.

HR Business Intelligence

You will help us harmonize and enrich our HR dashboard offering, while also providing access to specific data on an ad hoc basis when necessary.
• Working with multiple stakeholders, you will understand their business objectives, challenges and the reasons they need data to help them choose and visualize the best HR indicators.
• This understanding will enable you to contribute to the harmonization, optimization and development of new dashboards.
• Finally, you will bring data to life in the business experience by translating it into an accessible and engaging narrative for our leaders and their Talent business partners, fostering the development of a culture of data literacy and strategic thinking.

Qualifications

What you'll bring to the team
• Modeling: Ability to build mathematical models to understand resource movements in relation to changing business needs, and to anticipate resource needs according to different simulated scenarios.
• Predictive analyses: Contribution to the development of predictive models linked to the evolution of various variables, such as turnover rates or employee engagement.
• Professional experience: Professional or academic experience in the development of predictive models, simulation and optimization analysis.
• Organizational development: Ability to understand the needs of our key leaders and align with corporate objectives to provide data visualizations, analysis and storytelling that will drive workforce planning and strategic decisions.
• Influence and storytelling: Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders by integrating data into the business narrative and providing data-driven recommendations to support business objectives.
• Collaboration: Excellent ability to work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve common goals.
• Bilingualism: Excellent written and oral communication skills in French
