GENERAL SUMMARY
We are looking for a Systems Administrator to join our IT team. Reporting to the Director of IT Infrastructure, you will be responsible for developing and implementing technology strategies and roadmaps aligned with the organization's goals and objectives with a focus on global systems and infrastructure. You will be a member of the IT infrastructure team and ensure reliable high-performance operation of all infrastructure, security operations and technology audits. We are looking for a hands-on administrator experienced in networking, storage backup, cloud infrastructure, virtualization, and identity management.
IMPORTANT CALL OUTS
- This role is hybrid, but a commute to our Hollywood, California and Woodland Hills, California offices will be required. We expect 2-3 in-office visits per week on average.
- Candidates must have strong experience with Okta integrations with Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong Network Firewall and Switch Management experience absolutely required
WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Ensure the design and implementation of secure, highly available, and scalable solutions that support business and security goals
• Perform server administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly
• Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments
• Provide network, server, and storage solutions with preventative maintenance and proactive monitoring velocity and quality.
• Design and deploy performance monitoring and metrics-driven solutions that help ensure an uninterrupted customer journey in all applications and infrastructure are quantified, tracked, and managed
• Contribute to the department's identity, standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed

• Palo Alto Firewalls

• Avaya and key card systems
ABOUT YOU
• 4+ years' experience working in IT Infrastructure Engineering or Operations, setting priorities and plans to meet business goals and objectives
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or equivocal work experience
• Own projects, solutions, and key responsibilities within our global business initiative
• Strong vendor management skills
• Ability to provide direction for a highly technical infrastructure team that supports a complex environment, including computing, network, and storage on-premise and on the Cloud (Azure preferred).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Keen sense of self-motivation, organization, and attention to detail
• Demonstrated success in building and maintaining relationships with key technology vendors and internal stakeholders
• Entertainment industry experience a plus

Annual base pay range for this position is below. If your requirements fall outside of the below pay range, we still encourage you to apply.
$120,000 - $140,000 USD
